Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive – Lead Generation to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in generating quality leads, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our city-focused craft services (e.g., home services plumbing, electrical, carpentry, cleaning, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, research, and target potential B2B and B2C clients in the local market.
• Generate qualified leads through cold calling, emailing, field visits, social media outreach, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline and regularly follow up on prospects.
• Understand client needs and clearly communicate service offerings tailored to those needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and strategies to attract new customers.
• Set up meetings and appointments for senior sales or operations teams.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and progress using CRM software.
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and sales targets.
• Provide feedback and insights to improve service offerings based on market needs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in sales or lead generation, preferably in a service-based industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using lead generation tools, CRM software, and MS Office.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales when required.
• Knowledge of the local market and service sector (plumbing, electrical, etc.) is a plus.
• Visting of communities to schedule meeting and conduct event (Promoting our Company)
