Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Marketing role located in Malappuram. The Marketing professional will be responsible for designing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, managing customer relationships, and coordinating promotional activities. The role also includes formulating sales strategies and ensuring outstanding customer service to enhance the center’s visibility and reputation. The ideal candidate will work closely with other teams to meet organizational goals effectively.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Proficiency in Market Research and Marketing Strategy development
• Experience in Sales and promotional activities
• Ability to analyze market trends and create effective action plans
• Self-motivated and capable of working collaboratively in an on-site environment
• Relevant experience in the healthcare or diagnostic industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
