Job Description

As a Marketing Data Analyst 2 at Cadence Design Systems, you will play a crucial role in advancing the data-driven marketing strategy. Your expertise in transforming complex data into strategic insights will drive key marketing decisions and optimize performance across various platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will enhance data analysis capabilities and contribute to the success of marketing initiatives. - Execute comprehensive data analysis using advanced tools and techniques to derive actionable insights for strategic marketing decisions. - Develop and maintain sophisticated dashboards and reports using Tableau or similar data visualization tools to track key marketing metrics and trends. - Partner with marketing, IT, and other departmental teams to identify data needs and deliver solutions enhancing marketing performance and customer experience. - Utilize Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and other tools to monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization. - Use Adobe Target to personalize and improve customer engagements based on data-driven insights. - Conduct rigorous data cleaning, preprocessing, and testing to ensure data integrity and reliability. - Apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and inform marketing strategies. - Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments to continuously improve data analysis approaches. - Strong competency in SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, and Excel for data analysis and visualization. - Proven experience in data analysis within a marketing context, focusing on transforming data into strategic insights. - Excellent ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to non-technical stakeholders. - Meticulous with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in data handling and analysis. - Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks effectively. - Strong problem-solving skills, particularly concerning marketing and website data. Preferred Qualifications: - Background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling. - Advanced degree in data science, marketing, or a related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent).,
