At Cadence, we are seeking a Marketing Data Analyst 2 to join our team and contribute to our data-driven marketing strategy. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex data into strategic insights to drive key marketing decisions and optimize performance across multiple platforms. Your expertise will play a crucial role in enhancing our data analysis capabilities and supporting the success of our marketing initiatives. As a Marketing Data Analyst 2, you will execute comprehensive data analysis using advanced tools and techniques to derive actionable insights that inform strategic marketing decisions. You will also be tasked with developing and maintaining sophisticated dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau to track key marketing metrics and trends. Collaboration with cross-functional teams, including marketing, IT, and other departments, will be essential to identify data needs and deliver solutions that enhance marketing performance and customer experience. Monitoring and reporting on marketing campaign performance using tools like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics will be part of your responsibilities, providing insights for optimization. Additionally, you will utilize Adobe Target to personalize and improve customer engagements based on data-driven insights. Ensuring data integrity and reliability through rigorous data cleaning, preprocessing, and testing will be crucial in your role. You will apply advanced statistical techniques and predictive modeling to forecast trends and inform marketing strategies. Staying updated with the latest industry trends and developments is also essential to continuously improve our data analysis approaches. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, GA4, and Excel for data analysis and visualization. Proven experience in data analysis within a marketing context, along with excellent communication skills to effectively convey complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders, is required. Attention to detail, project management skills, and problem-solving abilities, particularly related to marketing and website data, are also important qualities. Preferred qualifications include a background in statistical analysis and predictive modeling, as well as an advanced degree in data science, marketing, or a related field (BE/BTech/ME/MTech/MBA or equivalent).
