MEEPLECON is Hiring a Marketing Coordinator in Mumbai!

MEEPLECON, India's premier board gaming convention, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join their team in Mumbai. This full-time, contract position (extendable) is perfect for a creative and driven individual passionate about gaming and events.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Marketing & Communications: Developing and executing marketing plans, managing social media content and engagement, overseeing email marketing, and assisting in the creation of marketing materials. You'll also monitor campaign performance.
• Outreach & Partnerships: Leading promotional efforts with schools, colleges, and community groups, representing MEEPLECON at outreach events, and collaborating with media, influencers, and gaming communities.
• Content & Digital: Coordinating content creation, managing the MEEPLECON website, and analyzing website traffic using tools like Google Analytics.

Requirements:

• A graduate degree, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in marketing, social media management, or communications.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with social media platforms, CMS, and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
• A passion for gaming, youth engagement, or events is highly desirable.
