We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Coordinator & Analyst to join our remote team and support a variety of marketing tasks across international markets.

What You’ll Do

• Respond to leads and manage follow-up emails
• Send newsletters and help build funnels
• Manage website updates and translations (Wix + AI tools)
• Coordinate CRM and campaigns in HubSpot

Requirements

This is a perfect role for students or entry-level professionals!

• Previous experience in online research, market intelligence, or business data analysis
• CRM experience
• Knowledge of Wix (adding pages, editing, managing structure)
• Experience with newsletters and funnel building (advantage)
• Proficiency in Google Search, LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Self-starter, able to work independently
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
