Marketing & Content Intern

About the Role

We are looking for creative female staff (Business/Mass Communication graduate) to drive impactful content and marketing strategies. Develop social media campaigns, brand narratives, and digital initiatives in a dynamic environment. Exceptional performers may transition to full-time roles.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging content (social media, blogs, videos).
• Support digital marketing campaigns (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Analyze content performance and optimize strategies.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to enhance brand visibility.

Requirements

• Recent graduate in Business, Mass Communication, or related fields.
• Excellent English communication (written and verbal).
• Proficiency in content tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editors).
• Creative mindset, detail-oriented, and adaptable.

Details

• Mode: Hybrid
• Schedule: 6 days/week (Monday-Saturday)
• Office Requirement: 3 days/week in our Bengaluru office (mandatory)
• Conversion: Full-time role based on end-of-contractual review.
