Marketing Communications Manager

As a Marketing Enthusiast at Medulla, you will be part of a mission to build India's most engaging learning community for medical students. Your role will involve building and engaging with student communities across states, brainstorming and executing fun, creative campaigns, spreading awareness about our initiatives both on-ground and online, as well as traveling with our team for community campaigns and events. In this role, you can expect flexible work timings on-site, plenty of opportunities for travel and interaction with people, creative freedom to experiment with ideas, and the chance to grow with a fast-scaling startup. To excel in this position, you should possess strong English communication skills both spoken and written, have a people-first mindset where you genuinely enjoy connecting with others, demonstrate interest in community-building and grassroots marketing, and be willing to travel for campaigns and events. Freshers are welcome, and previous campus or community involvement is considered a plus.,
