As a Marketing Co-Founder at Vibeine, you will play a crucial role in shaping the brand narrative, user growth strategy, and go-to-market execution. Your responsibilities will include: - Defining and executing a full-stack marketing strategy encompassing digital, influencer, social, content, and PR. - Building Vibeinne's brand voice, visual identity, and positioning to resonate with the target audience. - Driving user acquisition through impactful campaigns, growth hacking techniques, and community engagement efforts. - Leading content marketing initiatives, storytelling, and emotional brand building to foster meaningful connections. - Creating and managing influencer programs, campus ambassador networks, and referral loops to expand user base. - Analyzing performance metrics to optimize growth levers and enhance marketing strategies. - Collaborating closely with the tech and product teams to align marketing efforts with user feedback and product development. - Representing Vibeine at various events, demo days, and investor meetings to showcase the brand. - Building and leading the future marketing team as the company grows. Qualifications we are looking for in a candidate: - Demonstrated track record in marketing, especially in consumer apps, lifestyle brands, or Gen-Z focused platforms. - Understanding of the dating/relationship app landscape and user behavior in the Indian market. - Creative and data-driven mindset to blend storytelling with performance metrics effectively. - Entrepreneurial spirit with a readiness to invest time and potentially minimal capital until the venture reaches breakeven. - Profound knowledge of social media trends, content virality, and digital culture. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, resource-limited environment. - Passion for building meaningful connections and influencing social behavior positively.
