• Handle inbound & outbound calls with

• Maintain regular and structured

  follow-ups with customers

• Update and manage all customer interactions effectively in

  CRM software

  .
• Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience throughout.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in

  Hindi, English, and Telugu

  (mandatory).
• Previous experience in

  real estate telecalling

  or customer engagement roles preferred.
• Strong

  communication skills, patience, and empathy

  in handling customer queries.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up approach.
• Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.

Compensation:

20,000 25,000 per month
