We're Hiring: Marketing Associate (Real Estate Sector) Location: Hitec City, Hyderabad Timings: 11:30 AM 6:30 PM We are a fast-growing construction and real estate company looking for a pleasant, confident, and customer-focused Telecaller to join our team. Responsibilities: Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism and warmth . Respond immediately to leads and convince customers for site visits . Maintain regular and structured follow-ups with customers . Update and manage all customer interactions effectively in CRM software . Build trust and ensure a positive customer experience throughout. Requirements: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Telugu (mandatory). Previous experience in real estate telecalling or customer engagement roles preferred. Strong communication skills, patience, and empathy in handling customer queries. Familiarity with CRM tools and disciplined follow-up approach. Energetic, persuasive, and goal-oriented personality.
