Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Content Specialist at our company, your role will involve creating and executing content strategies to drive engagement and reach across various digital and offline marketing channels. Your key responsibilities will include: - Content Strategy & Creation: - Publishing industry-specific blogs, thought-leadership pieces, and customer success stories. - Drafting product release notes, announcements, and event-driven content. - Creating content for industry forums, particularly around GIFT City. - Digital & Social Media Marketing: - Supporting SEO and digital campaigns to enhance reach and engagement. - Utilizing AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, and performance reporting. - Offline Marketing & Events: - Coordinating participation in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. - Managing pre-event promotions, onsite branding, and post-event amplification. - Building local visibility within GIFT City and other strategic hubs. - Market Research & Insights: - Tracking industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to guide marketing strategies. - Monitoring marketing performance metrics, generating reports, and proposing optimization strategies. In addition, as the ideal candidate for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Your skills should include strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools, familiarity with analytics platforms, and experience with tools like Canva for creating visuals. You should also be comfortable using AI tools to enhance marketing tasks, possess strong problem-solving abilities, be detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
