Marketing Associate - Communication & Social Media

Experience: Must have relevant professional experience or should have grown their own social media account to 10k+ followers. As our Marketing Associate for Communication & Social Media, your responsibilities will be: Design and create compelling communication materials for the sales team, including presentations, sales collateral, and email campaigns. Manage and grow social media accounts by developing and implementing effective strategies. Create engaging and shareable content, including graphics, videos, and written posts. Monitor social media channels for industry trends, customer feedback, and brand mentions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication strategies with overall marketing goals. Utilize creativity to develop visually appealing content that resonates with the target audience. Analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly. We'd additionally be looking at: Quick Turnaround Time Good communication skills, ability to work with different departments Self-motivation, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Receptive to constructive criticism and delivering changes as directed Technical know-how To be successful in this role, you should have: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Demonstrated experience in creating creatives and videos for marketing purposes. Proven ability to grow a social media account to 10k+ followers. Proficient in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing software. Strong understanding of social media platforms and their respective best practices. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
