Marketing assistant/Game operator

The Marketing assistant cum Game Operator role is a full-time, on-site position located in Coimbatore and Salem. As a Marketing assistant, your primary responsibility will be to conduct outside marketing activities to attract customers to our center, particularly targeting schools and college students. Your role will involve promoting our brand and increasing its popularity in the market. In addition to marketing responsibilities, as a Game Operator, you will be tasked with overseeing the daily operations of gaming activities. This includes tasks such as setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting game hardware and software. Your role will also involve ensuring an exceptional gaming experience for all players by providing guidance and assistance, monitoring game performance, and addressing any issues that may arise during gameplay. To excel in this role, you should possess technical skills in setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting game hardware and software. Experience in monitoring game performance, managing player data, and strong problem-solving skills are essential. Effective communication, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team are crucial for success. Flexibility in working various shifts, including evenings and weekends, is required for this position. While experience in the gaming industry or a related field is a plus, candidates with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification are encouraged to apply.
