Role Description

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Assistant to join our on-site team in Patna. The Marketing Assistant will be responsible for conducting market research, assisting with sales and marketing strategies, supporting customer service initiatives, and contributing to sales activities. The role will involve collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders to achieve strategic goals and deliver outstanding results in promoting Scrollwell's mission and services.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to handle stakeholder interactions effectively.
• Proficiency in Market Research and Sales for identifying trends and supporting sales activities.
• Knowledge of Sales & Marketing practices to contribute to campaign planning and execution.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills for multitasking in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset to work effectively within a team.
• Experience in educational or digital training industries is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
