SDBI is a Premium Data Science Institute offering Bachelor’s, Master’s, and Diploma programs in Data Science and Business Analytics, in collaboration with affiliated autonomous colleges and accredited by the University (SPPU / Mumbai University)

We're expanding our presence from Mumbai to Pune and Solapur and are looking for a Marketing & Outreach Executive who can take ownership of student admissions, build a strong regional network, and lead both digital and on-ground marketing efforts.

Your Role at SDBI

As part of our core outreach team, you’ll drive visibility and engagement across schools, colleges, coaching centers, and industry partners, while managing digital campaigns and admissions funnels.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and lead marketing campaigns—both online and offline—to generate and convert leads
- Manage CRM and admissions funnel—track inquiries, follow-ups, and optimize conversions
- Build and activate a strong network in Pune and Mumbai, including:

• Schools and junior colleges
• Coaching institutes and training centers
• Career counselors and EdTech partners
• - Plan and execute
• seminars, info sessions, and outreach events
• in educational hubs- Conduct regular
• on-ground marketing

initiatives like college visits, kiosks, and student meet-ups- Lead outreach for career fairs, webinars, and city-based campaigns to build awareness- Optimize website content, landing pages, and digital presence (SEO/SEM)- Run targeted paid campaigns on Google, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram- Work with designers for effective creatives and campaign assets- Analyze performance and ensure campaigns drive ROI and lead conversions

What We’re Looking For:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business
- 2–3 years of experience in education marketing, admissions, or digital outreach
- Strong connections in Pune/Mumbai education ecosystem preferred
- Proven experience in on-ground activation and seminar tie-ups
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills- Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, CRM tools, and WordPress
- High energy, self-starter mindset, and ability to manage projects end-to-end
