Marketing Assistant

As a Sales Assistant at our company based in sulure, you will play a crucial role in assisting customers, providing product information, processing sales transactions, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets. Your fluency in Malayalam and English, along with excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude, will be key in delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: - Assist customers with product selection, inquiries, and purchases. - Communicate effectively in Malayalam and English to cater to a diverse customer base. - Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and promotions. - Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales area. - Monitor stock levels and assist in restocking shelves as required. - Support the sales team in meeting monthly and annual targets. - Handle customer complaints or concerns professionally and escalate issues when necessary. - Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends. Requirements & Qualifications: - Fluency in Malayalam and English (spoken and written). - Previous experience in sales, retail, or customer service is preferred. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Basic knowledge of sales techniques and customer handling. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems (training will be provided if necessary). - Positive attitude, reliability, and eagerness to learn. - High school diploma or equivalent (a degree in business or marketing is a plus).
