Marketing Assistant

As a Hospital Marketing Coordinator, your role involves various key responsibilities and tasks to ensure smooth operations and effective promotion of hospital services: - Implement marketing strategies to promote hospital services and specialties. - Conduct regular visits to doctors, clinics, and diagnostic centers to build and maintain a referral network. - Ensure timely submission of bills to the TPA (Third Party Administrator) office. - Coordinate with TPA representatives for claim approvals and documentation. - Manage the dispatch of invoices, reports, and other documents related to patient services and TPA. - Maintain accurate records of dispatched documents and billing files. - Support the administrative team in handling marketing and billing-related paperwork. - Build and maintain relationships with external doctors and clinics to generate patient referrals. - Maintain a referral database and prepare reports on referral trends and source performance. - Monitor and analyze referral patterns to improve marketing strategies. Qualifications required for this position include experience in hospital marketing and promotion, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team.
