Job Title: Business Development Executive

Experience: 0- 2 Years

Job Type: Full-time (Day shift)

Qualification: BBA /MBA / BBM – Specialization in Marketing

Shift timings: 9.30 AM to 6:30 PM

Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and committed individual to join our Marketing team. You will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, pitching our services, and bringing in new business opportunities. If you have a talent for identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and closing deals, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Duties and responsibilities

• Identify and generate potential leads using organic methods (e.g., Google search, and referrals).
• Make outbound calls to potential customers and present company services effectively.
• Understand client requirements and provide solutions.
• Follow up on leads and close leads.
• Maintain records of interactions, leads, and conversions in CRM

Required Skill:

• Good communication skills; both oral and written
• Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft office, excel will be an advantage
