Required Qualifications & Skills

Education:
Bachelor's/masters degree in pharmacy, Chemistry, Life Sciences, or a related field. An MBA in Marketing/International Business is a strong preference.
Experience:
5 to 20 years of experience in API Marketing, Sales, or Business Development within the pharmaceutical industry, with significant exposure to regulatory environments

Skills:

Strong marketing, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Excellent analytical mindset with proven experience in market analysis and strategic planning.
Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional, matrix team environment.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
