Marketing and Social Media Manager

As a Social Media Content Creator at our company, you will be responsible for various tasks related to content creation and social media management. Your key responsibilities will include: - Tracking performance using Instagram Insights & Shopify analytics - Coordinating with ads, sales, and marketing teams - Planning, shooting, and editing short-form video content (Reels/Shorts) - Creating trendy, viral, and brand-aligned reels using current audio & formats - Adding captions, hooks, transitions, subtitles, and CTAs - Coordinating with the marketing team for campaign-based reels - Optimizing reels for reach, engagement, and conversions - Creating engaging visual + written content for social media - Writing captions, hashtags, and reel scripts - Developing content for brand awareness, promotions, and launches - Designing social media posts, stories, reels covers, ads, banners using Canva - Creating brand templates for easy reuse - Designing thumbnails, creatives, posters, and brochures - Designing and managing Shopify websites (home, product, collection pages) - Customizing themes using Shopify editor & basic HTML/CSS (optional) - Uploading products, optimizing titles, descriptions, images & pricing Additionally, you will be working on-site at our designated work location.
