Job Description

Apply Now - Social Media Manager/ Creator Position

Responsibilities

Plan, shoot, and edit videos for Instagram, Meta and LinkedIn.
Assist with website updates in coordination with developers
Create project walkthroughs, reels, interviews, and on-site content.
Capture project sites, workshops, consultant visits, and behind-the-scenes design stages.
Add motion graphics, text overlays, captions, music, and visual effects.
Maintain a structured digital library of footage, raw clips, project media, and assets.
Coordinate with the architecture and marketing teams for content accuracy.
Track content performance and optimize based on engagement analytics.

Key Deliverables

Weekly reels and short-form videos.
Monthly video calendar and content plan.
Organized video asset folders and project documentation.
On-time delivery of high-quality edited content.

Requirements

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Handle/ account management & video creation.
Strong skills in video editing software: Premiere Pro / Filmora / Photoshop
Good understanding of framing, lighting, storytelling, and visual aesthetics.
Good Communication skills (Verbal & Written)

Preferred Traits

Creative visual thinker.
Strong attention to detail.
Comfortable capturing outdoor and indoor environments.
