Marketing and Social Media Assistant

Join Dr. Ashish Juneja, a leading Digital Coach, as a full-time Social Media & Digital Marketing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about digital marketing, social media engagement, and supporting a dynamic coaching brand. You will play a key role in managing online presence, generating leads, and assisting with day-to-day digital and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Create, schedule, and manage content for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
• Research and identify potential leads using LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Connect, direct message, and nurture relationships with prospects relevant to digital economics coaching.
• Support the development and updating of landing pages and website content.
• Track, analyze, and report on social media and marketing campaign performance.
• Collaborate with Dr. Juneja and the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and promotions.

Administrative & General Support

• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
• Perform routine office tasks: data entry, updating spreadsheets, and document management.
• Assist with event coordination, webinars, online workshops, and community engagement.
• Provide ad hoc support for research and business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn, Microsoft Office/Google Workspace, and basic CRM tools.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced office environment.
• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.

Preferred Experience

• 1–2 years in social media management, digital marketing, or lead generation.
• Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Canva, or basic website builders is a plus.
• Experience supporting coaches, consultants, or personal brands is an advantage.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time, office-based position
• Standard office hours (please specify your schedule)
• Must be comfortable with both in-person office work and digital marketing tasks
