Marketing and Sales Executive

The Marketing & Sales Executive is responsible for promoting the school’s brand, managing admissions, and increasing student enrollment through strategic marketing and sales activities. The role involves both fieldwork and digital marketing efforts to build strong relationships with parents, institutions, and local communities.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing & Branding:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote school programs and events.
• Coordinate advertising, promotional campaigns, and school branding materials.
• Manage social media, website updates, and online marketing activities.
• Represent the school at education fairs, exhibitions, and community events.

2. Sales & Admissions:

• Generate leads and convert inquiries into confirmed admissions.
• Conduct campus tours and presentations for prospective parents and students.
• Follow up on admission inquiries through calls, emails, and visits.
• Maintain records of leads, visits, and admissions data for reporting.

3. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with parents, consultants, and local institutions.
• Collect feedback and support parent engagement activities.

4. Market Research:

• Analyze market trends, competitors, and enrollment data to identify growth opportunities.
• Provide regular reports and insights to the management team.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, sales, or educational promotion.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to meet targets and work independently.
• Passion for the education sector and strong interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
