Job Description

Role Overview: As a Marketing and Sales Executive at Indian Steel Groups, located in Siwan, your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement effective marketing strategies, manage sales campaigns, nurture client relationships, and identify new business opportunities. Your day-to-day tasks will involve conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and collaborating with various departments to ensure the successful execution of marketing and sales initiatives. You will also be tasked with preparing marketing materials, attending industry events, and providing regular reports on sales and marketing activities. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and drive sales growth - Manage sales campaigns to meet revenue targets and expand customer base - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Identify new business opportunities to diversify revenue streams and expand market presence - Conduct market research to analyze trends, identify competitors, and assess customer needs - Analyze sales data to track performance, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and make data-driven decisions - Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing and sales efforts and ensure seamless execution - Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, and promotional content - Attend industry events to network with potential clients, showcase products, and stay updated on industry trends - Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to measure performance and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Required: - Marketing skills including strategy development, campaign management, and market research - Sales skills such as client relationship management, business development, and sales data analysis - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously - Proficiency in using marketing and sales software and tools to optimize performance and track results - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field to provide a strong foundation for success in this role,
