Job Description

We are hiring an intern to support our beta test operations at a partnered aggregator store. The intern will act as the on-ground coordinator ensuring smooth order processing from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor incoming orders placed through the Genzo app.
Communicate order details to the store manager and ensure the correct product is picked.
Oversee packaging of products to meet Genzo quality standards.
Enter delivery details accurately into the system.
Book a delivery rider through the assigned platform.
Hand over the packaged order to the rider and confirm dispatch.
Coordinate with the store and Genzo team to resolve any order-related issues.
Maintain logs of orders handled during the shift.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone responsible, punctual, and detail-oriented.
Comfortable working on-site at the aggregator store.
Able to communicate clearly with store staff and riders.
Basic understanding of mobile apps,computer and order-management flows.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
