Role Overview: As a Marketing and Merchandiser at Cotton Concepts (CC), you will be responsible for enhancing the market presence and merchandising efforts of CC's sustainable home textile products. Your role will involve developing effective marketing strategies, managing supplier relationships, conducting market research, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive projects to success. This full-time, mid-level position based in Coimbatore requires 4-6 years of experience in home textile merchandising and marketing. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and sales. - Create and manage merchandising plans to enhance product presentation in virtual and physical sales environments. - Conduct thorough market research to anticipate consumer needs and adjust marketing strategies accordingly. - Maintain strong and productive relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery of materials. - Collaborate with the product development team to conceptualize and launch new home textile collections. - Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to optimize marketing and merchandising approaches. - Liaise with export operations to streamline the distribution process and address logistical issues. - Regularly communicate with buyers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
