Job Title: Marketing and Content Executive – F&B

Job Summary:

We are looking for a passionate and energetic Marketing and Content Executive with experience in both digital and traditional marketing, ideally within the food & beverage industry. The ideal candidate should be a creative thinker who loves food, understands brand storytelling, enjoys creating engaging reels and visual content, and is enthusiastic about building strong community outreach – especially among college students and young foodies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the team to develop traditional marketing strategies like flyers, posters, offline activations, etc.
• Regularly visit outlets to shoot high-quality reels, photos, and behind-the-scenes content for Instagram and other platforms.
• Work with graphic designers, videographers, and content writers to develop engaging and creative campaigns.
• Build and manage engagement campaigns targeting college students, youth groups, and local communities.
• Identify opportunities for brand collaborations, influencer marketing, and events.
• Track performance metrics of social media and offline campaigns to measure effectiveness.
• Support new store openings, menu launches, and brand activations with marketing plans and execution.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
• Strong understanding of both digital (social media, reels, content marketing) and traditional marketing (print, events, activations).
• Hands-on experience in creating content (especially reels and food photography).
• Comfortable visiting multiple locations/outlets for content creation and campaign execution.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Creative mindset with a passion for food and lifestyle branding.
• Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, Canva, basic video editing tools, and content trends.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
