Key Responsibilities: - Own and maintain Nytarra's brand voice across all platforms. - Craft compelling narratives for campaigns, launches, and everyday communication. - Ensure every message reflects Nytarra's ethos of a clean, conscious, everyday home fragrance brand. - Plan and create content across Instagram, YouTube, emailers, website, blogs, ads, and packaging. - Deliver consistent, high-quality creative content that excites and educates customers. - Build a strong, engaged digital community that resonates with Nytarra's aesthetics and values. - Manage social media calendar, posting, DMs, comments, and influencer interactions. - Lead end-to-end execution of product drops, festive campaigns, and limited editions. - Track content performance and make data-backed decisions while championing creativity. - Identify collaboration and PR opportunities aligned with the brand and maintain professionalism in external communication.
