Job Description

As an Employer Branding Specialist at Infosys, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how potential employees perceive a career at Infosys and how current employees are valued within the organization. Your primary responsibility will be to enhance the employer brand by leveraging AI-powered campaigns, optimizing digital presence, amplifying the Employee Value Proposition (EVP), building brand advocates, and collaborating with various teams to align branding efforts with hiring goals. Your key responsibilities will include developing and executing recruitment marketing campaigns using AI tools, enhancing the career site and social platforms for maximum candidate engagement, promoting the unique EVP through engaging digital content, creating and managing brand advocacy programs, and closely collaborating with Talent Acquisition, HR, DEI, Marketing, and Communications teams. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in marketing or communications, a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field, a strong understanding of social media and digital marketing trends, and a genuine curiosity to explore and apply AI tools in a marketing context. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, a basic understanding of marketing metrics, and an agile mindset for quick strategy implementation are also essential. If you have prior experience in employer branding or recruitment marketing, familiarity with AI marketing tools, or experience collaborating with creative agencies, it would be considered a bonus.
