Job Description

Responsibilities :

What You'll Do:

Orchestrate End-to-End Solutions: Lead the design and orchestration of integrated Marketing and AI solutions for client opportunities, from initial concept to detailed proposal. This involves working closely with sales, delivery teams, and subject matter experts from different service lines (e.g., data, creative, technology) to ensure a unified and compelling offering.

Drive Proactive Pitches: Develop and present proactive solution pitches that anticipate client needs and market trends, showcasing our capabilities and thought leadership in the Marketing and AI space.

Bridge the Gap: Translate complex technical and functional requirements into clear, understandable, and business-oriented solution narratives. You'll ensure our solutions are not only technically sound but also strategically aligned with client objectives.

Marketing & Client Acumen: Stay abreast of the latest Marketing and AI trends, platforms, and best practices. Leverage this knowledge to identify new opportunities and enhance existing solution frameworks.

Collaboration & Leadership: Foster strong relationships with internal teams, acting as a central point of contact for solution development. You'll guide cross-functional teams towards a shared vision for the proposed solution.

Additional Responsibilities:

What You'll Bring:

10+ years of progressive experience in MarTech and AI, with a strong background in Consulting, Solution Delivery, or Pre-Sales Solutioning roles.

Deep expertise in MarTech platforms and ecosystems, including CRM, Marketing Automation, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Personalization Engines, Analytics, Creative Technologies and AdTech.

Proven understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application within marketing, such as predictive analytics, natural language processing, computer vision, Generative AI and Agentic AI for marketing use cases.

Demonstrated ability to orchestrate complex solutions involving multiple technologies, data sources, and business processes.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively to both technical and non-technical audiences, including CMO, CDO, Head of Marketing, etc.

Strong business acumen and the ability to understand client challenges, define business outcomes, and propose solutions that drive measurable value.

Proven experience in proposal development, solution design documentation, and presenting to clients.

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
