Job Title: Marketing Executive

Location: Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kannur, Kasaragod

Job Summary:

We're seeking a dynamic Marketing Executive to promote our park in schools across Kozhikode, Malappuram, Wayanad, Kannur, and Kasaragod. The ideal candidate will lead a team of 3-4 people, guiding them in marketing and school outreach efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote our park in assigned schools.

2. Lead a team of 3-4 marketing personnel, providing guidance and support.

3. Conduct school visits, presentations, and events to showcase our park's features.

4. Build relationships with school administrators, teachers, and students.

5. Address any issues or concerns raised by the team or schools.

6. Monitor and report on team performance, providing feedback for improvement.

Requirements:

1. 1-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in field work or education sector.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Ability to lead and manage a team.

4. Self-motivated and target-driven.

Salary and Benefits:

1. Salary Range: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month

3. Paid weekly off
