Team Management and Operations Oversee the data entry and QR code generation process , ensuring adherence to company standards and established guidelines. Manage the team responsible for data entry and QR code printing. Coordinate with: The Procurement/Buying team is to ensure timely and accurate product delivery, including order follow-up and distribution to stores. The Accounts team to manage stock transfers, order cancellations, and defective stock replacements, including QR code updates as needed. Implement new inventory management tools: Automated Discount of Stock Aging, Order Tracking System. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline operations and reduce costs.
