Marine Travel Consultant

As a Marine Travel Consultant at Wilhelmsen Ship Management India Pvt. Ltd., you will be part of a dynamic team reshaping the future of travel with a focus on seamless crew changes. Your role will involve delivering travel booking and ticketing services, ensuring compliance with strict data privacy and confidentiality policies. Reporting to the Head of Operations & Client Management, your key responsibilities will include: - Creating crew-change travel itineraries & ticketing - Preparing travel itineraries based on crew change schedules and immigration policies - Managing PNRs in GDS, including booking, pricing, changes, refunds, and issuing - Handling non-GDS and ancillary products as required Qualifications: Mandatory Requirements: - Proficiency in using travel management technologies, preferably GDS Amadeus - Experience in managing multinational crew, with an advantage in handling Filipino, Indian, and European crew - Good knowledge of European sectors, as well as other markets like Asia & Americas - Minimum 2-3 years of experience in managing marine travel - Experience with COMPAS or similar crew management tools is advantageous - Willingness to work in shifts - Good proficiency in English, both oral and written - IATA certified Competency Requirement: - Proficiency in Amadeus GDS - Detail-oriented - Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills - Team commitment - Creativity and innovation - Professionalism Application deadline: 31st October 2025 Work Location: Mumbai, India Join our global team at Wilhelmsen Ship Management and be part of an exciting opportunity in the travel industry.,
