Group is dedicated to adding value to vessel operations, providing a range of services including crew management, recruitment, ship management, technical services, and commercial services. **Key Responsibilities:** - Assist the Marine Benefits Manager in administering benefit schemes for Senior Officers. - Enroll eligible seafarers and their dependants in the medical insurance scheme and remove ineligible seafarers under the guidance of the Marine Benefits Manager. - Run regular reports in ShipSure to identify eligible seafarers for the benefit scheme, those on vacation, and those who have left the company. - Monitor and advise on the cancellation of benefits for seafarers whose eligible vacation period has expired. - Track the eligible vacation period of Ukrainian seafarers enrolled in the medical scheme under ITF and advise on cancellations. - Maintain and update all data related to benefits memberships of seafarers in ShipSure and in Membership list. - Handle any other matters required by the Manager for the efficient management of the benefit schemes. **Qualifications Required:** - Proficiency in MS Excel and other Office applications. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Solution-oriented mindset.
