In this role, your primary responsibility will be to take ownership and accountability for BU Cluster programs and campaigns that ensure V. Group's compliance with legislative, industry, and client standards. You will be required to conduct data-led analysis to identify performance trends and root causes, driving continual improvement in service delivery and statutory adherence. Additionally, you will be instrumental in the adoption of new standards that add value to our operations. Key Responsibilities and Tasks: - Establish Group-wide Assurance programs to guarantee compliance with standards - Analyze data to drive continual improvement and identify root causes - Support Fleet Teams in complying with Company procedures and HSSEQ initiatives - Promote safety culture and engage with employees and subcontractors on HSSEQ issues - Manage and support the Assurance Technical Team and Assurance Superintendents - Monitor performance objectives and KPIs aligned with Group and Marine Assurance objectives - Prepare vessels for PSC/vetting and engage in safety and pollution prevention efforts - Coordinate Assurance superintendents assignments and support onboard projects - Monitor and support the quality of internal audits and onboard training - Ensure compliance with security and environmental standards during Flag Administrations/RO approval process - Assist in office audits and ensure fleet management compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards - Coordinate investigations onboard and review investigation reports What can you expect in return V. Essential Requirements: - 3+ years of experience sailing as a senior rank onboard (Master & Chief Engineer preferred) - Formal education in relevant engineering or Nautical field - Good interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills - Recognized Incident Investigator qualification, Internal auditor, and ISO standards proficiency - Experience in engaging with multinational/multicultural teams Desirable Skills: - Experience with industry standards and systems (TMSA, OVMSA, Dry BMS, IACS, etc.) - Proficiency in ISM, ISPS codes, and other relevant standards and regulations - Strong data analytical skills, report writing, and review experience If you are interested in this exciting opportunity, please apply before the closing date on 01 Jun 2025.,
