Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead the review and formulation of
new project test strategies
, including test plans, test equipment evaluation, and process review.
SMT and FATP
tooling and test station acceptance
at ODM/EMS factories; analyze test station issues, improve yield, and validate software performance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to
plan production capacity
, ensuring balanced performance across cost, flexibility, supply, and output efficiency.
Drive
continuous improvement
through technical problem-solving and cross-team coordination.
Complete other key projects and tasks assigned by senior management.

Requirements

Experience:
5+ years in mobile/IoT NPI, R&D project management, or large ODM/EMS factory operations; strong team and supplier coordination capabilities.
Knowledge:
Solid understanding of project management, NPI flow, mobile/IoT testing processes, and common test issue management.
Skills:
Proficient in Office tools; strong reporting, data summarization, and presentation ability.
Education:
Bachelors degree or above in engineering; preference for first-tier factory background.
Soft Skills:
Strong ownership, execution, coordination ability, attention to detail, service mindset, and ability to work under pressure.
