Main Job Purpose:
Manufacturing Manager has overall responsibility for a unit within a factory. The MM leads all deliverables of the unit on SHE, Quality, Cost, Service & ER end to end and is a key member of the factory leadership team reporting to the factory manager.

Key Accountabilities:
Deliver al core KPIs of his/her unit includingSHE - Leading Indicators. Ensure compliance to all established SHE systemsQuality - DPMU reduction thru focused QIPs, hygiene improvementsProductivity - meeting OEE Glide path & driving capacity improvementsService - Ensure plan compliance and adapt to planner changes.Costs - Meeting ManEx Cost targets Owns RR and works to improve efficiencies in line with lower repair costs by using WCM principles.Wastage - Driving technical efficiency reductionControls - Ensuring all Control elements are fully metInnovation / Technology / Process Changes - Work with suit to land OTIFQPeople - Ensure motivated shopfloor work force to deliver best results.Continuous Improvement - Lead Kaizen / Continuous improvement mindset in factory through employee engagement.Support factory manager (as a member of the factory leadership team) to execute factory master plan & on key operational decisions.Core team member in LTS discussions.

Professional Skills:

May not necessitate too much travel as this is a site based role
