Job Description

Role Overview: At Capgemini Invent, you will lead MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domains, demonstrating a strong understanding of manufacturing processes. Your role involves documenting URS (User requirements specifications) and FRS (Functional requirements specifications) as well as AS-IS and TO-BE processes. You will play a crucial part in requirements gathering, solution architecture, functional design, and client advisory. This position necessitates cross-functional collaboration, deep system understanding, and strong communication skills. Additionally, you will lead workshops with clients and cross-functional stakeholders for requirements gathering and conduct business process assessments and fit-gap analysis for manufacturing operations. Your responsibility will include translating business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead MES consulting engagements across manufacturing domains - Document URS and FRS, AS-IS and TO-BE processes - Conduct requirements gathering, solution architecture, and functional design - Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders for workshops and business process assessments - Translate business requirements into functional and technical scalable MES solutions Qualifications Required: - Collaborate with product vendors to map system functionalities with client-specific requirements/workflows - Hands-on experience with MES products in pharma and metal domains - 6-12 years of experience in MES solution consulting, implementation/configuration - Willingness to travel and work with global stakeholders Additional Company Details: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, with a diverse team of 340,000 members across more than 50 countries.
