Project Role : Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner Project Role Description : Define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. Define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production. Develop procedures, product specifications and define the quality standards and inspection methods. Must have skills : Cisco Firewall Good to have skills : AWS Administration Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary :As a Manufacturing Engineering Practitioner, you will define processes to fabricate, assemble, inspect and test new products and machines based on production engineering and design principles. You will also define the supporting tools and fixtures needed for production, develop procedures, product specifications, and define the quality standards and inspection methods. In this role, you will contribute to the manufacturing process and ensure the highest quality standards are met. Roles & Responsibilities: The responsibilities include facilitating incident management, change management and problem management services on diversified technological areas primarily focused to availability, routing, switching & connectivity including, but not limited to, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancing, Switching, Routing, QoS, Link Management. Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes. Design and optimize production tools and fixtures. Create and maintain product specifications and quality standards. Conduct inspections and tests to ensure product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: Routing - Advanced Routing, PBR, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP Switching – CatOS/IOS/Nexus, VLAN, STP, RSTP, VDC, HSRP/VRRP, VSS, Nexus VPC, FEX-Fabric. Link Management & QoS - LAN/WAN/ Links troubleshooting. Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Cisco Firewall. Good To Have Skills:Experience with AWS Administration. Strong understanding of manufacturing engineering principles. Knowledge of production processes and techniques. Experience in developing and implementing quality standards. Ability to design and optimize production tools and fixtures. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of experience in Cisco Firewall.
