As a Lead Functional Consultant / Client Lead at the company, you will play a crucial role in partnering with clients to design, architect, and deliver end-to-end solutions that drive significant business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading discovery and solutioning across business functions for manufacturing organizations, focusing on digital transformation. - Defining and designing future-state business processes and solution architectures in collaboration with business and technical stakeholders. - Leading pre-sales engagements by clearly articulating value and ensuring alignment across all levels within client organizations. - Working hands-on with enterprise systems such as ERP platforms, PLM/product engineering databases, and sales platforms. - Leading the design and implementation of Data Lakehouse architectures based on functional discovery, utilizing star schemas, snowflake schemas, and dimensional modeling to support analytics and reporting.
