Job Summary

A Production Chemist is responsible for the formulation, testing, and manufacture of chemical products that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and develop chemical products using scientific principles and technologies.
• Conduct laboratory experiments to optimize product formulations and processes.
• Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Conduct stability testing to determine product shelf life.
• Develop and validate analytical methods to quantify product constituents.
• Provide technical support to production personnel, including troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
• Conduct laboratory investigations to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Compile and maintain documentation of laboratory experiments and results, including batch records and standard operating procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development projects.
