Job Summary

A Production Chemist is responsible for the formulation, testing, and manufacture of chemical products that meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and develop chemical products using scientific principles and technologies.
Conduct laboratory experiments to optimize product formulations and processes.
Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials and finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
Conduct stability testing to determine product shelf life.
Develop and validate analytical methods to quantify product constituents.
Provide technical support to production personnel, including troubleshooting of manufacturing processes.
Conduct laboratory investigations to identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective action plans.
Compile and maintain documentation of laboratory experiments and results, including batch records and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety protocols.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support new product development projects.
