Manual Testing Intern

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our QA team. This role is ideal for candidates with a solid foundation in manual testing, who are also familiar with automation concepts and have a basic understanding of performance testing. Prior internship experience in QA and a clear grasp of the QA lifecycle are strong advantages.

Roles and Responsibilities:

● Design and execute detailed manual test cases based on product requirements and use cases.

● Participate in various stages of the QA lifecycle, including planning, execution, defect tracking, and reporting.

● Assist in identifying scenarios for automation and collaborate with the QA team on automation strategy.

● Contribute to performance and load testing efforts by supporting setup, monitoring, and reporting tasks.

● Perform cross-browser, responsive, and usability testing across different platforms and devices.

● Log and track bugs effectively using tools like Jira, Trello, or similar.

● Communicate issues clearly and collaborate closely with developers and product teams.

WHAT WILL YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

● Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related discipline.

● Solid understanding of manual testing processes and QA methodologies.

● Familiarity with QA lifecycle and software development lifecycle (SDLC).

● Exposure to or understanding of automation frameworks/tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress) is a plus.

● Basic understanding of performance testing concepts (e.g., load times, bottlenecks, response validation).

● Previous internship or project experience in QA/testing is a strong advantage.

● Strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a commitment to quality.

● Good communication skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
