Manual Tester - Software Quality Assurance

As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for understanding and executing all phases of the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC). You should have knowledge of various development models and be able to contribute to testing in each phase of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Your role will involve performing functional, UI/UX, and usability testing to ensure the quality of software products. You must have experience in Cross-Browser Testing to ensure website compatibility across multiple browsers. Additionally, you will be responsible for end-to-end validation of web applications and proficiency in testing Android and iOS applications for Mobile Application Testing. You should also conduct Sanity Testing, Retesting & Regression Testing to ensure system stability and bug fixes. Identifying defects through Ad-hoc Testing and understanding the Bug Life Cycle Management process for defect tracking and resolution are also key responsibilities of this role. You will be required to validate backend data integrity and queries through Database Testing and have knowledge of REST APIs and validation techniques for API Testing. Experience in API testing tools like Postman & Swagger is preferred for this role. You will also be responsible for Validation Testing to ensure data accuracy and compliance with requirements. Bug Reporting & Filing is an essential part of the job where you will document issues with clear reproduction steps. Strong communication skills are crucial for Client Interaction & Team Coordination to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and development teams.
