Mandatory SkillsQuality Assurance, Requirement Analysis 3+ years of QA/Software Development & Agile experience. Candidate should have a general knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and understanding of different test methodologies. The ability to interact as a member of a team in a business environment is essential. The candidate should demonstrate competence in the following areas: Ability to prioritize tasks and schedule work, Good oral/written communications skills, Good analytical skills, Good teamwork skills, Takes direction and guidance well, and works independently. Experience in using the web and different browsers. Knowledge of programing languages. Proficient with Microsoft Office Products. Knowledge of Defect Tracking process.
Tester: o Conducts a wide range of quality-control tests and analyses with full competency to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements o Interfaces with test lead for business requirements review sessions and use case review sessions o Interfaces with relevant stakeholders for test case review sessions o Develops test cases, creates test data, and executes complex test cases o Documents defects and generate test metrics o Tracks defects to resolution o Communicates and generates accurate and clear project status reports o Mentors one or more testers

Desired SkillsTechnical Knowledge of Hardware & Software Microsoft Office, ADO TFS
