Manual Tester

As a Manual Tester with 1.5 - 3.5 years of experience, you will be responsible for various key tasks related to testing. Your expertise will include experience in Smoke Testing, Integration Testing, and Ad-hoc Testing. You must have the proficiency to create comprehensive test cases covering different scenarios and possess the ability to log bugs effectively, document detailed bug reports, and work closely with developers for timely resolution. Familiarity with tools like JMeter for performance testing and Postman for API testing is essential. In this role, you will collaborate with development and QA teams to understand requirements and create test cases accordingly. Conducting smoke tests to ensure build stability, performing integration and ad-hoc testing, and accurately logging bugs with steps to reproduce are part of your responsibilities. Additionally, you will use tools like JMeter and Postman for basic testing of performance and API functionality. Participation in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives is expected. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, and having an ISTQB certification or other relevant certifications will be beneficial. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills are essential soft skills required for this role.
