Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will test across Web, Android, iOS, and API layers, ensuring end-to-end quality. You should be proactive in identifying issues early, curious to understand how things work, and eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform manual testing on Web, Android, and iOS applications to ensure functionality, usability, and consistency.
• Execute API testing using Postman to validate backend services.
• Design, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test scenarios based on product requirements.
• Identify, document, and report bugs clearly and concisely using bug tracking tools like Jira or similar.
• Collaborate closely with developers, designers, and product managers to ensure quality at every stage.
• Conduct functional, UI/UX, regression, and exploratory testing.
• Participate in sprint planning and reviews, providing prompt and meaningful feedback on issues.
• Understand application workflows, data flow, and expected results to help pinpoint defects effectively.
• Take initiative in finding edge cases, hidden issues, and user experience inconsistencies.
• Stay updated on QA best practices and tools, and suggest improvements to enhance product quality.

Required Skills:

• Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and practices.
• Experience in testing Web, Android, and iOS applications.
• Hands-on experience in API testing using Postman.
• Ability to proactively identify bugs, inconsistencies, and potential improvements in product behavior.
• Familiarity with SDLC, Agile methodology, and defect tracking systems.
• Basic understanding of frontend/backend concepts (HTML, CSS, JS, databases, etc.).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Eagerness to learn new tools and technologies and grow with the team.

Good to Have:

• Knowledge of version control systems like Git.
• Exposure to automation testing tools (even at beginner level).
• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, etc.).

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹4,000.00 - ₹6,000.00 per month
