• Build relationships with engineers who'll teach you how they think

Month 4-6: The Evolution Begins

• Continue manual testing while starting to use our AI QA tools
• Watch AI agents generate test scenarios from your patterns
• Learn Playwright with pair programming from our automation team
• Start transitioning from pure manual to AI-assisted testing
• Help build the blueprint for AI-powered QA workflows

By Month 12:

• You'll be orchestrating AI agents writing Playwright scripts
• Teaching AI to test like you think
• Earning automation engineer salary (25+ lakhs)
• Leading the manual-to-automation transformation
• Still doing smart manual testing where human insight matters most

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Non-negotiables:

• 5+ years manual testing in SaaS/product companies
• Lives within 30 minutes of Koramangala (we will verify this)
• Comfortable starting at 12-15 lakhs with clear growth path
• Basic SQL and API testing (Postman)
• JIRA or similar bug tracking tools
• Hunger to learn automation (we'll teach you how)

Nice to have:

• Tried learning Selenium/Playwright but got stuck
• ISTQB certification (shows you take QA seriously)
• B2C app testing experience
• Curiosity about how AI will transform testing
