Manual QA Analyst

As a QA Engineer at The S-Squad, your role will involve designing and executing test plans, identifying bugs, and ensuring that products meet quality standards before deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Design, document, and execute manual and automated test cases based on business requirements and technical specifications. - Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing. - Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand requirements and deliver bug-free releases. - Identify, record, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, ClickUp). - Perform API testing using tools such as Postman. - Contribute to setting up and maintaining test environments. - Participate in sprint planning and agile ceremonies, ensuring QA efforts are well integrated into the SDLC. - Prepare and maintain test documentation (test cases, test data, and test reports). - Provide input on improving QA processes, coverage, and efficiency. Qualifications Required: - 3-4 years of experience in software testing (manual and/or automation). - Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC. - Experience with manual testing techniques and tools. - Knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST APIs). - Experience with test case management tools (TestRail, Zephyr, or similar). - Familiarity with version control systems (Git). - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills. - Good communication and collaboration skills. Preferred (Good To Have): - Experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). - Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter, k6). - Basic knowledge of SQL for database validation. - Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. - Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.,
