Role & responsibilities Thorough knowledge of the export flow from ICD to Gateway Port with all overseas countries' rules and regulations. Bills of Lading DO's and NOT's. SCMTR compliance, especially the CSN & SDM process. Fluent communication verbal and written in English for ease of communication with Principals / overseas agents / customers / etc... Export Manifestation checklist for closing of vsls in the system upon vessel onboard confirmation from Ops team. Attending various types of queries from customers / cs desk / Principal / agents.. Preferred candidate profile Experienced person with good communication skills.
